Beyond Renovation. A New Perspective on What's Possible. Every property has potential that isn't immediately visible. Our work begins by recognizing it.
At Studio Pumarejo, we specialize in transformational renovations that fundamentally reposition a home, reimagining its layout, function, and relationship to the way its owners live. We don't design to trends, because nothing dates a home faster than chasing what happens to be fashionable in the moment. Instead, we create bold, bespoke, highly customized interiors rooted in the property's architecture, character, and story.
By combining construction intelligence with an uncompromising creative vision, we transform spaces in ways that feel both unexpected and inherently right for the home. The result is more than a beautiful renovation. It's a property with renewed purpose, enduring relevance, and a distinctly personal identity.

Scope of Work: Kitchen Remodel
”Shea was able to reimagine our existing space into something entirely new, yet the transition is so seamless that our new kitchen feels as though it has always been there. Shea is our trusted renovation expert, and we wouldn’t dream of making any decisions regarding our home without her expertise and the amazing team of highly skilled trades and artisans she brings with her. We are already planning our next project!”

Personal Process
Scope: Full gut renovation
”We see our home as a long-term investment but were a bit trepidatious about our first full gut renovation, but Shea orchestrated the entire project flawlessly. She designed an extensive reconfiguration of our home that effectively altered the flow to better suit our lifestyle. Every material and every fixture were expertly curated, and the result is a harmonious continuity from one room to the next.”

Family Hub Spaces
Scope: Full gut renovation
”We purchased a 5000-sf home in our ideal neighborhood knowing we had some work to do to make it ours. Shea came highly recommended by a close friend, and we hit it off immediately. This was a massive renovation, and we knew the importance of liking and trusting our designer since this was going to be a long-term partnership. Shea genuinely understood the changing needs of our large family and just “got” us. Each thoughtful selection she sourced for us is as quirky and vibrant as we are, and our essence is projected throughout every square inch of our home.”
